"Preposterous displays of incompetence. We're cancelling this Monica Edwards place and going somewhere else. Talk about touchy... these folks take the cake. They couldn't field a simple policy question without getting temperamental and losing it. On the last call some lady was yelling on the phone in the background "Sir, SIR... you had better respect me!", blah, blah, blah. Who do you people think you are? You sound like you belong on a reality show. You can't tell me this place is going to be a safe bet in the event of a claim. Gaby's business conduct was completely unacceptable. Unprompted, Gaby was accusatory, unwarranted, disrespectful and intolerable. She had an attitude from the minute she picked up the phone, was rude and was not helpful in the least. She sounded like she thought she was being real cute and clever... I'd be willing to bet they are recording customer calls and stirring up drama to make YouTube videos on the side or something silly like that. There was just too little emphasis on retaining, growing or conducting decent business. Not a serious insurer considerable in the areas of reliability, dependability or communication. More like children playing "Business"."
