"5/5 Stars — Outstanding Service! Veronica and staff are absolutely the best! Whenever you call the office, someone always picks up the phone right away—no endless waiting or being ignored. She is so helpful, explains everything in a way that is super easy to understand, and is always quick to answer any billing or policy questions. "I have been a customer of Monica's for many years. Over the years, the customer service has gone up and down. That being said, the group she currently has is absolutely AMAZING!!! Earlier this year I was actively looking for another insurance carrier due to the continuous cost increases and the non-existent communication/call backs. However, within the last few months, her newest group of staff have returned her customer service team to awesome. They patiently answer questions, return phone calls timely, and have helped me make changes that have drastically lowered my costs. Matthew, Jaylene and DeShaun have each played a large part in ensuring calls are returned and questions are answered."
